The Agreement and the User:

All and any use of the www.cyber1.com websites including all sub-pages (the “Websites”) is governed by the following terms and conditions. The individual or entity using the Website is called the User (”User”). Any kind of use of Websites constitutes an agreement (the ”Agreement”) between Maidar Secure and User which includes these terms and conditions applying to your use of such websites. Maidar Secure reserves the full right to complete, modify or delete these terms and conditions unilaterally at any time without prior notice. Maidar Secure recommends Users to regularly read these terms and conditions.

The purpose of the Websites:

The Websites are for general information purposes only. The content of the Websites does not constitute at any time any kind of offer. The content of the Websites shall never be considered as any legal, business, or any other professional advice. The use of Maidar Secure Website(s) does not constitute any kind of professional relationship. The user of the Website(s) shall never base any decision(s), act(s) or refrain of act(s) on the content of the Websites.

At any time and without any prior notice, Maidar Secure reserves right to:

• Modify and update the content of the Websites including but not limited to structure, domain, and server location
• Delete the Websites temporarily or permanently

• Take all necessary actions and use all necessary means to secure the use of Websites

• The Websites are online and accessible always from everywhere

• All information at the Website is always error-free

Maidar Secure is not liable:

• To update the Websites
• To provide any services to any User or any other individual or entity based on the Website
• Of any third-party website, application or other solution which may be used in relation with the Website(s)

Maidar Secure would like to notify the User that:

• Maidar Secure does not in any situation give any kind of express or implied representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the Websites or their contents.
• all such representations and warranties related to the previous clause are excluded except to the extent that their exclusion is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.
• Maidar Secure uses or may use third-party software applications to provide all or some of its services. This includes the Website(s).
• Any and all kind of use of the Website(s) constitutes an Agreement between CYBER1 SOC Solutions and the User.
• Third-party providers may, and usually do, have their own terms and conditions. Maidar Secure recommends User to read all terms and conditions when entering any third-party provider website or other platform or service.

IPR and the use of the Content:

The entire Website including all material and content of the Websites (including, without limitation, the words “Maidar Secure” logos and all other logos or trade names) (”Content”) remains the property of Maidar Secure or its partners. All material and Content in the Website(s) is protected by copyright, trademark, trade name and other proprietary rights and laws. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. All use of any of these Contents or materials by printing, publishing, distributing and copying without the explicit prior written consent of Maidar Secure is prohibited. Maidar Secure allows user to print or link such content only for private non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer for all Damages and Losses:

User shall notify that Maidar Secure expressly disclaims all and every direct, indirect and/or consequential damages, losses of any kind of type or form to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law any and all liability, including, without limitation, liability which may arise out of or relate to Users use of or reliance on the Websites or the content(s) of the Website(s).

Dispute resolution:

Any and all disputes or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of the Websites shall be governed by the laws of South Africa excluding its rules on conflict of laws. Maidar Secure and the User irrevocably submit the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of South Africa.
